SWEEPSTAKES OPEN TO ALL LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES/DC WHO ARE EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT TIME OF ENTRY AND WHO OWN AT LEAST ONE (1) DOG AT TIME OF ENTRY.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

INTERNET ACCESS AND VALID E-MAIL ADDRESS REQUIRED (REGARDLESS OF ENTRY METHOD).

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED SOLELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION AND PARTICIPANTS WAIVE THE ABILITY TO BRING CLAIMS IN A CLASS ACTION FORMAT.

The General Mills BLUE Wilderness “Made for Adventure, Powered by Protein” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by General Mills, Inc. (“Sponsor”), 1 General Mills Blvd., Minneapolis, MN 55426, and is administered by Promotion Management Center, Inc. (“Administrator”), 31205 Falcon Avenue, Stacy, MN 55079.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes Period begins on March 2, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) and ends on May 15, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM CT. To enter via qualifying purchase of BLUE Wilderness products: the qualifying purchase must take place between March 2, 2026, and April 30, 2026 (“Purchase Period”) and the receipt submitted between March 2, 2026, and May 15, 2026 (“Submission Period”). For persons who enter WITHOUT purchase, the 3” x 5” card with the required information must be postmarked by May 18, 2026, and received by May 26, 2026. The Administrator’s computer is the official clock for the Sweepstakes.
ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are legal U.S. residents of the fifty (50) United States/D.C. and who are at least eighteen [18] years old at the time of entry and who own at least one (1) dog at the time of entry. Employees, directors, officers, independent contractors (including influencers and endorsers) and agents of Sponsor, Administrator, and each of their respective parent companies, divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies and suppliers involved in the Sweepstakes (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”), as well as the members of each of their immediate families (i.e., spouse, parent, grandparent, sibling, child, grandchild and their respective spouses and the “steps” of each, all lineal descendants, including those by adoption, regardless of where they reside) and persons residing in the same household as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these “Official Rules” and Sponsor’s/Administrator’s decisions and interpretations, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SWEEPSTAKES VIA QUALIFYING PURCHASE OF BLUE WILDERNESS PRODUCT(S): During the Purchase Period of the Sweepstakes Period, a participant can purchase $30 or more (calculated pre-tax) of participating BLUE Wilderness™ dog dry, wet food and/or treats.** Qualifying purchase may be made in-store and/or online.

During the Sweepstakes Period, the participant will go to www.WildernessSweepstakes.com (“Website”) for entry. Participant will be required to fill out first and last name, email address, street address, city, state, zip code, date of birth, age and may require an email to verify your account. (P.O. Box will not be accepted.) Upload photo of receipt with qualifying items marked with an (x) or checkmark (√). Receipt will only be accepted if it clearly identifies the participating retailer; the date of purchase; and the qualifying purchase of BLUE Wilderness™ dog dry, wet food and/or treats. Participant then confirms their information. Finally, participant must check the box indicating that they have read, understand and agree to these Official Rules. (If this box is not checked, entry will not be accepted.) Receipt must be submitted between March 2, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM CT, and on May 15, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM CT, to be valid and result in receipt of one (1) Sweepstakes entry. (Receipts will not be accepted at any other time.) A Qualifying Purchase receipt image must include the retailer name, date of purchase, and show the qualifying purchase of BLUE Wilderness™ dog dry, wet food and/or treats. A Qualifying Purchase receipt must be captured in a single photo. A Qualifying Purchase receipt (establishing purchase of $30 or more of BLUE Wilderness™ dog wet, dry food and/or treats) may only be used once to receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry. A Qualifying Purchase receipt (establishing purchase of $30 or more of BLUE Wilderness™ dog wet, dry food and/or treats) may not be used by more than one (1) participant. If the same receipt is submitted more than one (1) time, the receipt is not valid after the first redemption. Receipts must be readable. Mechanical reproductions, altered receipts, or unreadable receipts, as determined in Sponsor or Administrator’s sole discretion, will not be accepted and will not result in entry. If amount of qualifying purchase of BLUE Wilderness™ dog dry, wet food and/or treats exceeds $30 and corresponding request is validated, consumer will still receive only one (1) Sweepstakes entry in conjunction with such qualifying purchase. Sponsor/Administrator will acknowledge receipt of entry, but such acknowledgment is not otherwise binding upon Sponsor or Administrator. Any dispute as to the identity of participant utilizing this entry method will be resolved by Sponsor and Administrator in their sole discretion. IMPORTANT: If participating via a mobile device, message and data rates apply. Not all mobile telephone providers carry the necessary service to participate in this Sweepstakes. Participants should consult their wireless provider’s pricing plans.

It is strongly recommended that participant maintain possession of the original receipt(s) or photocopy/photocopies of the receipt(s). The participant should not give receipt(s) to any store employee.

3” x 5” cards must be postmarked by May 18, 2026, and received by May 26, 2026. Limit one (1) 3” x 5” card per outer envelope. Mechanical reproductions or illegible 3” x 5” cards will not be accepted. If 3” x 5” card is valid, participant submitting same will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry. Receipt of entry will not be acknowledged by Sponsor or Administrator.
RESTRICTIONS ON SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY:
There is a limit of three (3) Sweepstakes entries per household regardless of entry method utilized. Violation of entry limit will result in voiding of additional entries and may result in disqualification as determined by Sponsor/Administrator in their sole discretion.

Use of automated, robotic or programmed means of entry is prohibited. Proof of submission of receipt at Website or mailing 3” x 5” card does not constitute proof of Sponsor’s/Administrator’s receipt of same or proof of entry in the Sweepstakes.
WINNER DETERMINATION & NOTIFICATION. On or about May 28, 2026, Administrator will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email beginning on or about May 28, 2026 and must accept the prize by completing, signing and returning an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where lawful) within three (3) business days of date of winner notification. In conjunction with Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where lawful) requirement, Sponsor/Administrator may also require potential winner to provide satisfactory proof of dog ownership as part of the winner verification procedure.

Participants understand and agree that Sponsor/Administrator will utilize commercially reasonable efforts to contact potential winner and expressly waive any claim challenging the effectiveness and nature of such notification efforts.

Potential winner will be disqualified, and the prize forfeited without compensation of any kind in the event of any of the following: (i) potential winner cannot be contacted by Sponsor/Administrator; (ii) potential winner fails to complete, sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where lawful) and thereby accept the prize within the three (3) business day period or (iii) if Sponsor/Administrator determine in their sole discretion that the potential winner is not eligible or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules. If the potential winner is disqualified for any reason, the forfeited prize will be awarded in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries received.
PRIZE & ODDS:
Prize (1) – trip for winner and their dog to approved U.S. destination and one (1) year supply of BLUE Wilderness dry dog food. Total Approximate Retail Value: $8,496.00 Actual Value of Prize may be less than Approximate Retail Value due to nature of trip element of Prize and/or other factors; in such case, winner will NOT receive such difference in value.

Trip
Sponsor and Administrator will curate Trip for winner and their dog to approved U.S. destination (“Trip”) based on winner’s expressed preference of U.S. destination taking into account myriad factors including breed/size of winner’s dog. While Sponsor and Administrator will seek to accommodate winner’s preference, Trip will be awarded subject to Sponsor’s approval of final travel itinerary and travel dates in its sole discretion. Trip is also subject to availability, blackout dates, advanced notice requirements, and must be completed within one (1) year of date of prize award. Trip will last no more than five (5) days/four (4) nights, with duration of Trip being determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Prize winner must travel with his/her dog or Prize will be forfeited in its entirety without compensation of any kind.

Trip will also include one (1) guest who will be required to complete, sign and return a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where lawful) prior to Prize travel. If guest is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence (generally, under 18 years of age), guest’s parent or legal guardian must be the winner who must sign the Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where lawful) on his/her behalf. If guest does not comply with the Release requirement or if winner elects not to travel with a guest, the Prize will be awarded without a guest and no compensation or substitute prize will be awarded. Conversely, winner may not include additional guests as part of Trip even at his/her own expense.

Trip will include transportation, lodging, $500.00 spending money (awarded in the form of a bank/financial institution gift card from an issuer to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; issuer terms and conditions apply to use of gift card) and perhaps certain excursions and activities. Air transportation is only available if winner is a legal resident of the contiguous 48 United States: if winner resides in Alaska or Hawaii, ground transportation will be awarded in lieu of air transportation. In addition, air transportation is subject to the following requirements: (a) dog must be at least eight (8) weeks old at time of travel; (b) dog must fit comfortably in soft-sided pet kennel (recommended size is 18 inches x 11 inches x 11 inches) [i] with openings for ventilation on three (3) sides, [ii] which is leakproof, and [iii] which fits fully underneath the seat in front of winner on aircraft; (c) seat restrictions apply (including unavailability of emergency exit row and bulkhead seating); and (d) pet kennel may count toward winner’s allotment of carry-on baggage permitted by air carrier. Further restrictions of air carrier may also apply. If winner cannot satisfy air carrier’s requirements, ground transportation will be awarded in lieu of air transportation. In all cases of replacement of air with ground transportation, no compensation or substitute prize will be awarded.

Rail transportation is only available as a form of ground transportation if (a) dog is at least eight (8) weeks old at time of travel; (b) dog must fit comfortably in pet kennel which [i] is no larger than 19 inches x 14 inches x 10.5 inches, [ii] is well-ventilated, [iii] leakproof, [iv] fits fully underneath Prize winner’s seat and [v] counts toward winner’s allotment of carry-on baggage permitted by rail carrier; and (c) weight of dog and pet kennel together does not exceed twenty (20) pounds. Further restrictions of rail carrier, including available tickets and seating, may also apply. If winner cannot satisfy rail carrier’s requirements, ground transportation will not be awarded in the form of rail transportation and no compensation or substitute prize will be awarded.

Other forms of ground transportation (e.g., rental car) will feature their own, additional requirements addressing dogs as passengers.

Regardless of form of transportation, winner, dog, and guest must travel together on same itinerary (as curated by Sponsor/Administrator, as discussed above.) Valid documents are required for travel, including for winner’s dog.

Lodging is subject to the pet policy of the property in question. By way of example, property may (a) require dog to be leashed in public areas, (b) prohibit dog from accessing certain public areas (e.g., dining room or pool), (c) only allow dogs of a certain breed or size on its property, and/or (d) require dog to be attended at all times.

Excursions and activities are offered subject to availability and depend on final, approved itinerary. The inclusion of excursions and activities is NOT guaranteed and should the final, approved itinerary exclude same, no compensation or substitute prize will be awarded.

Winner and their guest must at all times act in an appropriate, well-behaved and respectful manner during Trip. Winner is also responsible for his/her dog behaving appropriately during Trip. Failure to do so as determined by Sponsor or any prize supplier will result in immediate termination of Trip as well as forfeiture of Dog Food element of Prize without compensation of any kind.

Winner and guest understand and agree that no insurance has been obtained on their behalf with respect to the Prize (and, for winner, no insurance has been obtained on behalf of his/her dog).

Should winner’s dog be a properly certified service dog, some of the above restrictions may not apply to winner’s dog.

One (1) Year Supply of Dog Food
One (1) year supply of BLUE Wilderness dry dog food to be awarded in the form of Twelve (12) twenty-eight-pound (28#) bags (“Dog Food”).
- Dog Food: The Approximate Retail Value of the Dog Food is nine Hundred Sixty Dollars ($996.00). The protein/flavor options are to be selected by the Winner and are subject to availability. No transfer, substitutes or cash equivalent for prize will be permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, and in such circumstances, an alternate prize of equal value will be awarded and the Sponsor’s obligation to the winner will be fulfilled, and no other or additional compensation will be provided.
- Dog Food will only be shipped to a street address in the fifty (50) United States/D.C. The Dog Food will be delivered to winner in two (2) separate shipments, the first shipment will be made within ten (10) business days of winner verification, and the second shipment will be made approximately six (6) months after the first shipment. Should winner change his/her address between the time of the first and second shipment, it is the winner’s sole responsibility to advise Sponsor and Administrator of such change in writing, with Sponsor and Administrator disclaiming any and all liability for the second shipment being delayed or undeliverable altogether due to winner’s failure to timely provide current address information. If winner’s new address is outside the fifty (50) United States/D.C., winner will forfeit the second shipment of Dog Food and Sponsor and Administrator’s liability to winner will be limited to award of the remaining elements of the Prize.
In General
Any and all unspecified expenses in conjunction with Prize are winner’s sole responsibility, including for Trip, meals, gratuities, souvenirs and incidentals.

Prize is not transferable without the prior consent of Sponsor which may be granted or withheld in its sole discretion and without liability of any kind.

No prize substitution is only allowed except by Sponsor in its sole discretion if Prize is unavailable in whole or in part for any reason and only then for prize of comparable value.

Prize is not exchangeable or redeemable by winner for cash except for gift card to the extent required by applicable law.

All taxes on Prize are the sole responsibility of winner, who will be issued an IRS 1099 Tax Form for the fair market value of the Prize. Winner further agrees to provide their Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number to Sponsor or its designated representative via IRS W-9 Form and to otherwise assist Sponsor or its designated representative in complying with Internal Revenue Service tax reporting requirements.

Prize must be accepted as awarded. Prize must be accepted in its entirety or not at all. If Prize is accepted but unused, no compensation or substitute prize will be awarded.

By accepting Prize, winner agrees to the use of their name, address (city, state), likeness, character, photograph, voice, other indicia of persona and/or statements made by them regarding the Prize, Sponsor or the Sweepstakes, as well as the name/photograph/likeness/voice of their dog, for advertising, trade and publicity purposes by Sponsor and its designees without notice or further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Nothing herein in any obligates Sponsor to make use of such rights and its failure to do so will not result in any liability to winner.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the random drawing.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating in this Sweepstakes, participants agree that the Sweepstakes Entities, and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, website providers and each their respective officers, directors, stockholders, employees, representatives, designees and agents (“Released Parties”) are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, undeliverable 3” x 5” cards or notifications or for 3”x5” cards which are postage due; (ii) any computer, telephone, satellite, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, or availability; (iii) garbled, corrupt or jumbled transmissions, service provider/Internet/Website/UseNet accessibility, availability or traffic congestion; (iv) any technical, mechanical, printing or typographical or other error; (v) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information (including but not limited to proof of qualifying purchase of BLUE Wilderness product[s]), or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information; (vi) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, technical error, theft or destruction or unauthorized access; (vii) any injury or damage, whether personal or property, to participants or to any person's computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes; and (viii) entries (including but not limited to proof of qualifying purchase of BLUE Wilderness product[s]), that are late, forged, lost, misplaced, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, garbled or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, each participant agrees: (i) to be bound by these Official Rules; (ii) to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with respect to these Official Rules; (iii) to waive all of their rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against any of the Released Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes; and (iv) to forever and irrevocably agree to indemnify, release and hold harmless each of the Released Parties from any and all claims, lawsuits, judgments, causes of action, proceedings, demands, fines, penalties, liability, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees) that may arise in connection with: (a) the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, any Sweepstakes-related activity or element thereof, and the participant’s entry or inability to participate in the Sweepstakes or use the Prize (if applicable); (b) acceptance, receipt, delivery of, possession, defects in, use, non-use, misuse, inability to use, loss, damage, destruction, negligence or willful misconduct in connection with the use of the Prize or any element thereof (if applicable); (c) any change in the Prize or any element thereof (if applicable); (d) human error; (e) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of the Released Parties; (f) lost, late, stolen, misdirected, damaged or destroyed Prize or any element thereof (if applicable); or (g) the negligence or willful misconduct by a participant.

If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes is severely undermined by any event beyond the control of Sponsor, including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, infection by computer virus, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or other cause not reasonably within the control of Sponsor (each, a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to abbreviate, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and/or proceed with the Sweepstakes and make the Prize available to be won in a manner it deems fair and reasonable.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE PRECEDING EXCLUDES THE ONE (1) YEAR SUPPLY OF BLUE WILDERNESS DOG FOOD ELEMENT OF THE PRIZE TO THE EXTENT OF ANY EXPRESS WARRANTY MADE BY SPONSOR ON ITS PRODUCT.
DISPUTES: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY, AND WILL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA, AS TO CONTRACTS BEING MADE AND PERFORMED THEREIN, WITHOUT REGARD TO THE CHOICE OF LAW/CONFLICT OF LAW PRINCIPLES WHICH WOULD RESULT IN THE APPLICATION OF THE LAW OF ANY JURISIDICTION OTHER THAN MINNESOTA. IF THE CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM IS NOT OTHERWISE RESOLVED THROUGH DIRECT DISCUSSIONS OR MEDIATION, IT SHALL THEN BE RESOLVED BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY JAMS IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS ARBITRATION RULES AND PROCEDURES OR SUBSEQUENT VERSIONS THEREOF (“JAMS RULES”). THE JAMS RULES FOR SELECTION OF AN ARBITRATOR SHALL BE FOLLOWED, EXCEPT THAT THE ARBITRATOR SHALL BE EXPERIENCED AND LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW IN MINNESOTA. ALL PROCEEDINGS BROUGHT PURSUANT TO THIS PARAGRAPH WILL BE CONDUCTED IN MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA. THE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL DAMAGES WHICH SHALL BE NO MORE THAN ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY PARTY BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OR HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED, INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES OR OTHER SUCH RELATED COSTS OF BRINGING A CLAIM, OR TO RESCIND THIS AGREEMENT OR SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR ANY OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF. PARTICIPANTS AGREE THAT THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ANY PARTICIPANT AND/OR SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES AND/OR ANY OTHER PARTY SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION. ANY DEMAND FOR ARBITRATION MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR FROM THE END OF THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD, OR THE CAUSE OF ACTION SHALL BE FOREVER BARRED.
PRIVACY POLICY: Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which is available at https://www.generalmills.com/privacy-security/us-english-privacy-policy.
GENERAL: This Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Sweepstakes entry is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Any attempted form of participation in the Sweepstakes other than as described herein is void and will result in disqualification. Sponsor/Administrator reserves the right to disqualify any individual found, in its sole and absolute opinion, to be tampering with the operation of the Sweepstakes, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or to be acting with the intent to disrupt the normal operation of the Sweepstakes. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, third-party or like methods to participate in the Sweepstakes will void any attempted participation effected by such methods and result in the disqualification of the individual utilizing the same. Entries submitted become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any lost, late, undeliverable/undelivered online submissions (including but not limited to proof of qualifying purchase of BLUE Wilderness product[s]). In the event of any conflict with any Sweepstakes details contained in these Official Rules and Sweepstakes details contained in Sweepstakes materials (including, but not limited to, point of sale, television, and print advertising, promotional packaging, and other promotion media), the details of the Sweepstakes as set forth in these Official Rules shall prevail. These Official Rules may be modified by Sponsor and/or we may cease offering the Sweepstakes at any time. YOU AGREE THAT WE MAY NOTIFY YOU OF OTHER OFFICIAL RULES BY POSTING THEM ON THE WEBSITE (OR IN ANY OTHER REASONABLE MANNER OF NOTICE WHICH WE ELECT), AND THAT YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES AFTER SUCH NOTICE CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE NEW OFFICIAL RULES.
